Our hatchery is one of the large hatcheries in Tamil Nadu India. We believe only best fish seed can produce quality fishes. It is registered by Tamil Nadu Government. Hatchery designs are highly flexible and are tailored to the requirements of site, species produced, geographic location, funding and personal preferences. Our hatchery unit consists of larval rearing tanks, filters, live food production tanks and a flow through water supply. And our hatchery would contain a bloodstock holding and spawning area, feed culture facility, larval culture area, juvenile culture area, pump facilities, laboratory, quarantine area, and offices and bathrooms. Our hatchery is one of the big hatcheries in Tamil Nadu. We produce both consume and protein rich fishes.

WE PROVIDE ALL TYPES OF SERVICES TO BOTH CLIENTS AS WELL AS GENERAL PEOPLE.

We supply fishes to all location in India.
We also supply new born fishes to small hatchery.
Both consume and protin rich fishes are produced in our hatchery.
As per requirement we do test of water, soil and ammonia for better growth.
We guide new commerce which is interested to this field.

Freshness is also often associated with safety, reassurance and superior taste.

Turmeric and Rosemary mixed extract namely ‘Nourishx’ extract was applied to meat, poultry and processed fish muscle to investigate its effects on muscle sensory evaluation, biochemical parameters, microbiological proliferation, and biogenic amine (BA) formation during storage at 4°C for 18 days. Sensory evaluation determined the shelf life of meat, poultry and processed fish muscle to be 12 days for the controls and 15 days for the turmeric based -treated samples

Effinland is having a total fish seed rearing area of 2.83 hectares at Ramnathapuram.Tamil Nadu, INDIA. Quality fish seeds are produced by Effinland IP are stocked in the site managed by us besides supplying to the private fish farms.

 

PROTEIN DEFICIT


SHORT OF PROTEIN.

Since some 20 % of Indians get their protein intake primarily from fish, fish are crucial to solving this shortfall. The FAO reports that local capture fisheries, however, are in decline, and the supply crisis is compounded by India's rising population, which is expected to double by 2050.

CONVERTING PLANT-BASED FEED INTO ANIMAL PROTEIN: THE FEED CONVERSION RATIO


The feed conversion ratio is the quantity of feed required to produce one kilogram of protein. Done correctly, farmed tilapia requires 25 % less feed than the next best commercial scale livestock production process. In pure feed-to-protein conversion, tilapia is more efficient than chicken, and vastly more efficient than other proteins such as pork or beef.

• Building a robust shrimp is key, as it allows the animal not only to fight disease and infection, but also to deal with production stressors such as handling, transfer and environmental fluctuations. Managing pathogen abundance is not only important for shrimp survivability, but also allows us to Tackle Antimicrobial Resistance in aquaculture, which has important implications for human health.

A fish hatchery may also be used to farm fish for human food consumption. Hatching and raising fish for food has many advantages for humans and the environment. First, because of pollution, many Wild fish are contaminated with dangerous pollutants such as mercury and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Consuming these pollutants is hazardous to human health. Farm raised fish contain lower levels of contaminants, which helps to reduce this risk. Raising fish in a hatchery also helps to relieve the environmental pressures in an area due to overfishing.

The topography of the site means that Effinland's furthest production site is very close to sea shore. The logistics of feeding the fish, and of harvesting them, are on a completely different scale of efficiency at Effinalnd IP
